摘要
目的 分析红外线结合依帕司他药物治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年5月—2023年5月沂水县人民医院内分泌科收治的DPN患者80例,采用随机数表法分组,对照组40例患者采取常规降糖药物治疗+依帕司他治疗,观察组40例患者采取常规降糖药物+依帕司他+红外线治疗,对比两组血糖控制情况、肌电图相关指标变化情况以及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(5.11±1.34)mmol/L、(6.24±0.97)mmol/L、(5.13±0.82)%,低于对照组的(5.76±0.79)mmol/L、(7.01±1.59)mmol/L、(5.94±1.01)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.643,2.615,3.938,P<0.05)。观察组腓总神经传导速度、胫神经运动传导速度水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对DPN患者实施常规降糖药物治疗的同时,辅以红外线结合依帕司他治疗,能够使患者血糖水平得到显著控制,提高神经传导速度,且不良反应发生率较低,具有一定的安全性和有效性。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of infrared light combined with epalrestat medication in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 DPN patients admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Yishui County People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were divided into groups by random number table method.40 patients in the control group received conventional hypoglycemic drugs+epalrestat treatment,and 40 patients in the observation group received conventional hypoglyce-mic drugs+epalrestat+infrared treatment.Blood glucose control,EMG related indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin in the observation group were(5.11±1.34)mmol/L,(6.24±0.97)mmol/L and(5.13±0.82)%,respectively,lower than(5.76±0.79)mmol/L,(7.01±1.59)mmol/L,(5.94±1.01)%of con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.643,2.615,3.938,P<0.05).The common peroneal nerve conduction velocity and tibial nerve motor conduction velocity in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of DPN patients with conventional hypoglycemic drugs,supplemented with infrared light combined with eparastat,can make the patients'blood glucose level under significant control,improve the nerve conduction velocity,and the inci-dence of adverse reactions is low,which has a certain degree of safety and efficacy.
