Pancreaticoduodenectomy is one of the most complex operations of the digestive tract,which can signifi-cantly reduce the mortality of patients with malignant tumors.However,the incidence of high-risk complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy has been high,leading to prolonged hospital stay and even death.This article summarizes the current situation of pancreaticoduodenectomy,describes the types of high-risk complications after pancreaticoduo-denectomy,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward the preventive measures of high-risk complications after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
