脑梗死与代谢综合征相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation between Cerebral Infarction and Metabolic Syndrome

代谢综合征是一组与心脑血管疾病风险相关的代谢紊乱综合征。随着生活形态转变和人口老年化加剧,代谢性综合征的发病率呈现出持续增加的趋势,日益受到研究者的重视。在过去的几十年里,越来越多的研究表明,脑梗死与代谢综合征存在高度的关联性。本文系统综述了脑梗死与代谢综合征相关性的最新研究进展,从流行病学、发病机制等方面进行了探讨,并对现有研究的局限性进行了总结,以期为脑梗死的防治提供新的途径。

Metabolic syndrome is a group of metabolic disorders associated with the risk of cardiovascular and cere-brovascular disease.With the change of life style and the intensification of population aging,the incidence of meta-bolic syndrome has shown a trend of continuous increase,which has been paid more and more attention by research-ers.Over the past few decades,an increasing number of studies have shown a high correlation between cerebral infarc-tion and metabolic syndrome.This article systematically reviewed the latest research progress on the correlation be-tween cerebral infarction and metabolic syndrome,discussed the epidemiology,pathogenesis and other aspects,and summarized the limitations of existing studies,in order to provide a new way for the prevention and treatment of cere-bral infarction.
