摘要 新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间,信使核糖核酸(messenger RNA,m RNA)疫苗的快速问世挽救了许多生命。这一成功的关键在于m RNA化学设计和呈递技术的进步,包括对m RNA的碱基修饰和递送平台的研发。本文旨在总结和讨论传统疫苗与新兴m RNA疫苗技术的区别,以及m RNA疫苗的关键化学设计和原理。同时,探讨m RNA疫苗在不同生物医学领域的应用前景,包括对肿瘤治疗和传染病防控的预期突破。m RNA疫苗将对改善人类健康和推动医学发展产生深远意义。 During the coronavirus pneumonia pandemic,the rapid introduction of mRNA vaccines has saved countless lives.This success can be attributed to advances in mRNA technology and chemical design,including the development of mRNA base modifications and delivery platforms.This article aims to summarize and discuss the differences between traditional vaccines and emerging mRNA vaccine technology,as well as the key chemical design and principles of mRNA vaccines.Additionally,potential biomedical applications of mRNA vaccines will be explored,including expected breakthroughs in cancer treatment and infectious disease prevention and control.These developments are of significant importance for improving human health and driving medical progress.
