摘要
立德树人是高校思想政治教育的核心。基于临床医学专硕研究生学科和学习特点,立德树人有利于其完成以思想政治教育为抓手、以医德为核心的德行塑造。构建立德树人视域下临床医学专硕研究生思想政治教育的基本路径,应从临床医学专硕研究生的培养特点出发,完善立德树人融入思想政治教育的制度设计;从联动培养临床医学专硕研究生的主体力量出发,以医学人文教育涵育理想信念;从临床医学专硕研究生学习特点出发,充分发挥第二课堂引领作用,完善立德树人融入临床医学专硕研究生思想政治教育的基本理路。
Establishing virtue and cultivating personnel is the core of Ideological&Political education in colleges.Based on the discipline and learning characteristics of Master of Medicine,cultivating virtue and cultivating personnel is beneficial for them to complete the shaping of moral character with Ideological&Political education as the focus and medical ethics as the core.The basic path of constructing Ideological&Political education for Master of Medicine from the perspective of cultivating virtue and cultivating personnel should be based on the training characteristics of Master of Medicine,and the institutional design of integrating morality and cultivating personnel into Ideological&Political education should be improved.Starting from the main force of collaborative training of Master of Medicine,we aim to cultivate ideals and beliefs through medical humanities education;Starting from the learning characteristics of Master of Medicine,fully leverage the leading role of the second classroom,and improve the basic theory of integrating moral education into the Ideological&Political education of Master of Medicine.
