护理硕士专业学位研究生自主学习能力现状及影响因素研究

Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of Self-taught Ability of Master of Nursing Specialist

目的了解护理硕士专业学位研究生(MNS)自主学习能力现状及其影响因素,为学校、导师以及医院培养MNS提供思路,为个人提高自主学习能力提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,对185名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行问卷调查。结果护理硕士专业学位研究生的自主学习能力处于中等偏上水平。多元线性回归分析显示,每周上网浏览专业期刊时长、对本专业的态度、读研期间医院对学生管理情况、原始学历、读研期间轮转时间、图书资源是护理硕士专业学位研究生自主学习能力的影响因素。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生自主学习能力总体处于中等偏上水平,其中信息能力最强,学习合作能力较差,通过增加上网浏览专业期刊的时间、增强专业认同感、加强实习医院管理等措施可以提高其自主学习能力。

Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of self-taught ability of Master of Nursing Specialist(MNS),and to provide ideas for schools,supervisors,and hospitals to cultivate MNS,and to provide reference for individuals to improve their self-taught ability.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey on 185 MNS.Results The self-taught ability of MNS is above average.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the length of time spent on browsing professional journals online every week,attitude towards the profession,hospital management of students during graduate studies,original educational background,rotation time during graduate studies,and book resources were influencing factors on the self-taught ability of MNS.Conclusion The overall self-taught ability of MNS is above average,with the strongest information ability and poor learning cooperation ability.Measures such as increasing online browsing time for professional journals,enhancing professional recognition,and strengthening internship hospital management can enhance their self-taught ability.
