我院首届预防医学本科生毕业实践情况分析

Analysis of the Graduation Practice of the First Undergraduates in Preventive Medicine in Our School

摘要 目的分析中山大学公共卫生学院(深圳)第一届公共卫生与预防医学专业本科生的毕业实践情况,为后续工作提供参考。方法对毕业班68名学生进行问卷调查,分析毕业论文信息,获取数据,用Excel、SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果学生的实践机构为15家事业单位,分布在广东4市,62.7%的学生轮转科室≥3个,58.2%的学生实习主要内容≥3项。学生的毕业课题主要涉及传染病或慢性病有关的流行病学,77.9%的以人群为研究对象,85.3%的研究手段是数据分析,14.7%的为操作性实验。选题以校内外导师协商为主(49.3%),9.0%的学生认为数据获取难度很大,数据获取难度与实践技能提升情况、实践满意度与食宿条件分别呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论大湾区校外机构为学生顺利完成毕业实践、促进校地交流提供了良好条件,还需从加强校内外导师交流、改进评价方案等方面提升毕业指导工作质量,保证实践内容的多样性。 Objective To analyze the graduation practice of the first Undergraduates majoring in Public Health and Preventive Medicine at Sun Yat sen University School of Public Health(Shenzhen),and provide reference for future work.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 68 students in the graduation class to analyze their graduation thesis information and obtain data.Statistical analysis was conducted with Excel and SPSS software.Results The practice institutions of students are 15 public institutions,distributed in 4 cities in Guangdong Province.62.7%of students have at least 3 rotating departments,and 58.2%of students have at least 3 main internship contents.The graduation projects of students mainly involve epidemiology related to infectious or chronic diseases.77.9%of the research subjects are population based,85.3%of the research methods are data analysis,and 14.7%are operational experiments.The selection of topics is mainly based on negotiations between internal and external mentors(49.3%),and 9.0%of students believe that data acquisition is very difficult.The difficulty of data acquisition is positively correlated with the improvement of practical skills,practical satisfaction,and accommodation conditions respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The off ca-mpus structure of the Greater Bay Area(GBA)provides good conditions for students to successfully complete graduation practice and promote school-local communication.It is also necessary to enhance the quality of graduation guidance by strengthening communication between on campus and off campus mentors,improving evaluation plans,and ensuring the diversity of practical content.
