新形势下康复医院构建医康融合模式的实践与探索

Exploration and practice of constructing medical-rehabilitation integration working mode in rehabilitation hospital under new circumstances

政策鼓励、居民经济能力增强、人口老龄化进程、国家医疗体制改革等多重原因的推动下,我国康复行业进入机遇与挑战并存的快速发展阶段。如何抓住康复医疗发展的新机遇,发挥优质康复医疗资源的效益,应对新形势下康复机构的发展问题,各级康复医院亟需新思路。本文以笔者所在三级康复医院为例,剖析新形势下康复医院发展所面临的现实困境与挑战,积极构建“以人为本、医康融合”的创新工作模式,总结康复服务模式改革实践中的有益经验和做法,阐述取得的阶段成效,为广大康复医院谋划和实践高质量发展改革提供借鉴和参考。

Driven by multiple factors such as policy incentives,enhanced economic capacity of residents,aging population,and medical system reform,China’s rehabilitation industry has been in a rapid development stage where opportunities and challenges coexist.Various rehabilitation hospitals urgently need new development thinking on how to seize the new opportunities for the development of rehabilitation medicine,give full play to the benefits of high-quality rehabilitation medical resources,and deal with the development of rehabilitation institutions under the new situation.Taking the tertiary rehabilitation hospital where the authors work as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the practical difficulties and challenges faced by the development of rehabilitation hospital under the new circumstance,further explores the construction of a new working mode based on people-oriented and medical-rehabilitation integration.It also briefly summarizes the beneficial experiences and practices in the reform of rehabilitation service models,and elaborates on the periodic achievement,so as to provide a meaningful reference for the majority of rehabilitation hospitals to plan and practice high-quality development and reform.
