摘要 医护人员从事教学工作的主动性和积极性是临床带教质量提升的源头。激发临床教师的带教积极性是教学医院可持续、高质量发展的重要内涵。文章旨在通过建立积分制教学绩效考核体系,对临床教师进行考核,激发医护人员参与临床教学活动的积极性,以教学促进临床规范。 The initiative and enthusiasm of medical staff in teaching work are the sources of improving the quality of clinical teaching.Stimulating the teaching enthusiasm of clinical teachers is an important connotation of the sustainable and high-quality development of teaching hospital.This article aims to establish a point-based teaching performance evaluation system to evaluate clinical teachers,stimulate the enthusiasm of medical staff to participate in clinical teaching activities,and promote clinical standardization through teaching.
