摘要
数字经济发展有助于催生更多以数字经济为核心的新产业与新业态的形成,促进数字技术融入传统产业,引领产业结构升级。基于2011-2020年中国30个省际面板数据,构建了数字经济发展水平指标体系,该指标体系主要涵盖4个维度,即信息化发展、互联网发展、数字交易发展和数字金融发展,并通过固定效应模型实证检验数字经济对产业结构升级的赋能影响作用与实现机理。结果表明,无论从全国层面还是东、西、中部地域视角分析,数字经济对于产业结构升级都具有显著的正向赋能作用;但数字经济发展对产业结构升级在地域上存在一定差异,具体表现为东部地区的赋能效果更为显著。提出要加快数字基础设施建设,积极开发创新型数字基础设施;加强省域间合作,促进数字经济协调发展。
The development of the digital economy will help spawn more new industries and new business formats with the digital economy as the core,promote the integration of digital technology into traditional industries,and lead the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on China’s 30 inter-provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,this article constructs an indicator system for the development level of the digital economy.This indicator system mainly covers four dimensions,namely,informatization development,Internet development,digital transaction development and digital financial development.The fixed effects model empirically tests the enabling impact and implementation mechanism of the digital economy on industrial structure upgrading.The conclusion shows that the digital economy has a significant positive enabling effect on the upgrading of industrial structure,whether analyzed from the national level or from the perspective of the eastern,western and central regions.However,there are certain regional differences in the development of the digital economy on the upgrading of the industrial structure.The specific manifestations are as follows:The empowerment effect in the eastern region is more significant.Therefore,it is necessary to accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure,actively develop innovative digital infrastructure,strengthen inter-provincial cooperation,and maximize digital dividends.
