“双创”教育如何持久可持续?——意大利创新创业教育经验及启示

How Can Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Develop Sustainably?Based on the Experience and Inspiration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Italy

摘要 双创教育是我国创新驱动发展战略的重要体现,是培养高素质技能型人才的重要途径。以意大利创新创业教育为研究对象,对意大利创新创业教育典型实践及经验进行分析,发现意大利在创业型大学、国际化发展、学位创新改革以及专业集群化等方面进行了积极的实践探索,并形成了以高校自治与国家评估的双向规导,知识合作—混合实验室的先锋发展,高校区域创新生态系统的优势共赢,社会包容—“第三使命”职能的有效拓展的教育体系,可为我国创新创业教育的可持续发展提供借鉴。 Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important reflection of China’s innovation-driven development strategy and an important way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.This study focuses on exploring Italy’s innovative entrepreneurship education,aiming to analyze and explore the typical practices and experiences of Italian innovation and entrepreneurship education,in order to provide reference for the future development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship education.The study found that Italy has actively explored entrepreneurial universities,international development,degree innovation reform,and professional clustering,and has formed valuable experiences such as"bidirectional guidance of university autonomy and national evaluation,pioneering development of knowledge cooperation-innovation labs,advantage-sharing of regional university innovation ecosystems,and effective expansion of social inclusion-third mission.These experiences can provide valuable inspiration for the sustainable development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship education.
