越南少数民族语言生态与语言政策研究

A Study on Language Ecology and Language Policy of Ethnic Minorities in Vietnam

越南是一个多民族与多语言的国家,语言生态复杂且丰富,值得进行深入研究。越南少数民族语言生态及语言政策的演变和历史、政治等因素有着不可分割的联系。基于语言生态与语言政策理论,文章综述了越南少数民族语言生态,从地位规划、本体规划和习得规划三个方面梳理了其少数民族语言政策,分析了其少数民族语言生态与语言政策的特点与面临的挑战,以期丰富我国语言生态与语言政策的国别研究,同时为我国制定语言政策提供一定的参考。

Vietnam is a multi-ethnic and multi-lingual country with complex and rich linguistic ecology,which is worth further study.The evolution of the language ecology and language policy of Vietnamese ethnic minorities are inextricably linked with its history,politics and other factors.Based on the theory of language ecology and language policy,this paper reviews the language ecology of ethnic minorities in Vietnam,sorts out the language policy of ethnic minorities in Vietnam from three aspects:status planning,ontology planning and acquisition planning,and analyzes the characteristics and challenges of language ecology and language policy of ethnic minorities in Vietnam.It is hoped that this paper can enrich China’s language ecology and language policy country research and provide some references for China to formulate language policy..
