Effectiveness of telerehabilitation applied to osteoarthritis:a Meta-analysis

目的评价远程康复应用于骨关节炎患者的有效性。方法检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库,采用RevMan 5.4软件分析数据。结果共纳入12项研究,合计1629例骨关节炎患者,结果远程康复干预6个月后较对照组能够降低疼痛评分[SMD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.35,-0.07),P=0.003]、僵硬评分[MD=-12.51,95%CI(-20.87,-4.15),P=0.003],提高身体功能评分[MD=-2.95,95%CI(-5.01,-0.89),P=0.005]、自我效能评分[MD=0.38,95%CI(0.19,0.58),P<0.001]。结论远程康复可以有效缓解骨关节炎患者的疼痛、僵硬症状,仅在长期治疗后能够改善身体功能和提高自我效能感。

Objective To assess the effectiveness of telerehabilitation in the treatment of osteoarthritis(OA).Methods A literature search about the treatment of OA with telerehabilitation was conducted on several databases,namely,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP.RevMan 5.4 was used for analysis.Results Twelve studies involving 1629 participants were included.Compared to the control group,telerehabilitation group had significantly lower mean post-intervention pain score[SMD=-0.21,95%CI(-0.35,-0.07),P=0.003]and stiffness score[MD=-12.51,95%CI(-20.87,-4.15),P=0.003],as well as much higher 6-month post-intervention mean physical function score[MD=-2.95,95%CI(-5.01,-0.89),P=0.005]and self-efficacy score[MD=0.38,95%CI(0.19,0.58),P<0.001].Conclusion In OA patients,the use of telerehabilitation can effectively alleviate pain and stiffness symptoms,but the improvement of physical function and self-efficacy score needs a long-term treatment.
