美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗回肠末端溃疡的效果观察

Efficacy of Mesalazine Combined with Bifidobacterium Triad in the Treatment of Terminal Ileal Ulcer

目的:探讨美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗回肠末端溃疡的效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2023年5月苏州永鼎医院收治的42例回肠末端溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各21例。对照组给予双歧三联活菌治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予美沙拉嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组腹痛、腹泻评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组腹痛、腹泻评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。治疗前,两组情感功能、躯体功能、认知功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组情感功能、躯体功能、认知功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗回肠末端溃疡的效果显著,可减轻患者腹痛、腹泻程度,提升生活质量,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of mesalazine combined with bifidobacterium triad in the treatment of terminal ileal ulcer.Methods:A total of forty-two patients with terminal ileal ulcer admitted to Suzhou Yongding Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with twenty-one patients in each group.The control group was treated with bifidobacterium triad,and the observation group was treated with mesalazine on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in abdominal pain and diarrhea scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,abdominal pain and diarrhea scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in emotional function,physical function and cognitive function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of emotional function,physical function and cognitive function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Mesalazine combined with bifidobacteria triad has a significant effect in the treatment of terminal ileal ulcer,which can reduce the degree of abdominal pain and diarrhea in patients and improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
