常规疗法联合帕瑞昔布钠治疗脓毒症的效果观察

Therapeutic Effect of Conventional therapy combined with Parecoxib Sodium in treating Sepsis

目的:探讨常规疗法联合帕瑞昔布钠治疗脓毒症的效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年4月廊坊市人民医院收治的63例脓毒症患者作为研究对象,以双色球法分为常规组(n=31)和试验组(n=32)。常规组给予常规治疗,试验组在常规组基础上给予帕瑞昔布钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果、凝血功能指标、炎性因子水平。结果:试验组治疗优良率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。治疗前,两组凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组凝血酶时间短于常规组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,血小板计数高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规疗法联合帕瑞昔布钠治疗脓毒症的效果显著,可改善患者凝血功能,降低炎性因子水平,值得临床推广。

Objective:to explore the effect of conventional therapy combined with parecoxib sodium in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:63 cases of sepsis patients admitted to Langfang People's Hospital from October 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the conventional group(n=31)and the experimental group(n=32)by two-color ball method.The conventional group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given parecoxib sodium on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effects,coagulation function indexes and inflammatory factor level of the two groups were compared.Results:the excellent rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Before treatment,the prothrombin time,fibrinogen and platelet count of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the prothrombin time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the conventional group,the level of fibrinogen was lower than that of the control group,and the platelet count was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8,and IL-6 in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of conventional therapy combined with parecoxib sodium in the treatment of sepsis is remarkable,which can improve the coagulation function of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
