角膜缘松解切开术治疗白内障术后角膜散光的临床效果

Therapeutic Effect of Limbal Relaxing Incision in the Treatment of Astigmatism After Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨角膜缘松解切开术治疗白内障术后角膜散光的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月于遵义市习水县人民医院接受手术治疗后出现角膜散光的白内障患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组实施散光晶体植入术,观察组实施角膜缘松解切开术。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组屈光度、裸眼视力、眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组屈光度、眼压均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组裸眼视力均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组显然验光散光度、角膜散光度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组显然验光散光度、角膜散光度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:角膜缘松解切开术治疗白内障术后角膜散光的效果显著,可改善患者屈光度、眼压、显然验光散光度及角膜散光度,提升裸眼视力。

Objective:to explore the therapeutic effect of limbal relaxing incision in the treatment of astigmatism after cataract surgery.Methods:100 cataract patients who developed postoperative astigmatism in Xishui County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases each.The control group implemented astigmatic lens implantation,and the observation group implemented limbal relaxing incision.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the refraction,unaided visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the refraction and intraocular pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the unaided visual acuity of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the apparent optometric astigmatism and corneal astigmatism of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the apparent optometric astigmatism and corneal astigmatism of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of limbal relaxing incision in patients with corneal astigmatism after cataract surgery is remarkable,which can improve their refraction,intraocular pressure,apparent optometric astigmatism and corneal astigmatism,and enhance the unaided visual acuity.
