子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果

Therapeutic effect of Uterine Balloon Tamponade Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年4月宝鸡市扶风县中医医院收治的产后出血患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组止血时间短于对照组,术中出血量、24 h出血量、输血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.035)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果,可加快止血速度,减少出血量,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective:to explore the therapeutic effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to Fufeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 40 cases,by the method of randomized numerical table.The control group implemented conventional treatment,and the observation group implemented uterine balloon tamponade combined with Oxytocin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding volume,24-h bleeding volume,and blood transfusion volume were all less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:The clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can accelerate the speed of hemostasis,reduce the amount of bleeding and the risk of complications.
