Classification and Treatment of Kidney Deficiency in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征是临床常见妇科疑难病,中医理论认该病病机为本虚标实,痰湿、瘀血为标,肾虚为本。该文对多囊卵巢综合征肾虚证的病因病机、临床表现进行了分析,将多囊卵巢综合征肾虚证分为肾阳虚、肾气虚、肾精亏虚、肾阴虚4种证型,并选取常见的肾阳虚、肾阴虚2种证型进行具体病案分析。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common gynecological and difficult disease in clinic.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine recognizes that the pathogenesis of this disease is the primary deficiency,the phlegm dampness and blood stasis,and the kidney deficiency.This paper analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of kidney deficiency syndrome of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),divided it into four types:kidney Yang deficiency,kidney qi deficiency,kidney essence deficiency and kidney Yin deficiency,and selected 2 kinds of specific case analysis of the common kidney Yang deficiency,kidney Yin deficiency.
