护患沟通技巧应用于特需门诊护理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Application of Nurse-patient Communication Skills to Special Needs Outpatient Nursing

目的:分析护患沟通技巧应用于特需门诊护理中的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于贵州医科大学附属医院特需门诊就诊的80例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用护患沟通技巧进行护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组抑郁、焦虑评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。观察组患者对护理服务、舒适程度及沟通技巧的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通技巧应用于特需门诊护理中的效果显著,可改善患者的心理状态,提高护理满意度及护理质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of nurse-patient communication skills in special outpatient nursing.Methods:A total of eighty patients with special needs in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with forty patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with nursepatient communication skills based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,depression and anxiety scores in both groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048);The scores of nursing service,comfort level and communication skills in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nurse-patient communication skills in special outpatient nursing has a remarkable effect,which can improve patients'psychological state,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
