综合护理在近视眼手术患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care in Patients with Myopic Eye Surgery

目的:探讨综合护理在近视眼手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1—12月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的150例近视眼手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各75例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、生活质量评分、并发症发生情况、心理状态。结果:观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。护理前,两组社交功能、躯体功能、运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组社交功能、躯体功能、运动功能评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在近视眼手术患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者满意度、生活质量,降低并发症发生率,改善其心理状态。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing care in myopic eye surgery patients.Methods:150 myopic eye surgery patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,75 cases each.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing care.The following indexes in the two groups were compared:Nursing satisfaction,the scores of quality of life,complication occurrence,and psychological status of patients.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Before nursing,the social function,somatic function and motor function scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the social function,somatic function and motor function scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Before nursing care,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing care,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before nursing care,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention in myopic eye surgery patients is remarkable,which can improve their satisfaction to nursing care,quality of life and their psychological state,and also reduce the incidence of complications.
