全面护理在接受低温等离子射频消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

Comprehensive Nursing Care in Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation Undergoing Low-temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation

目的:探讨全面护理在接受低温等离子射频消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月于遵义市习水县人民医院实施低温等离子射频消融治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全面护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:术后1个月、2个月、3个月,观察组疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理前,两组疼痛强度、生活自理、提物、步行、坐位、站立、干扰睡眠、社会生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组疼痛强度、生活自理、提物、步行、坐位、站立、干扰睡眠、社会生活评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面护理在接受低温等离子射频消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者疼痛程度及腰椎功能。

Objective:To explore comprehensive nursing care in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who receive low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.Methods:66 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation who were treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in Xishui County People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 33 cases.The control group implemented conventional nursing care,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The pain scores of the observation group one month,2 months and 3 months after the operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing care,the following indexes of both groups were compared:the pain intensity,self-care abilities,lifting,walking,sitting,standing,interfering with sleep,and social activities scores,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing care,the above-mentioned indexes of the two groups were lower than those before nursing care,and the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing care in patients with lumbar disc herniation receiving low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for is effective and can improve the pain level and lumbar spine function of patients.
