细节护理在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果分析

Effect of Detailed Nursing Care in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma

目的:分析细节护理在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月贵州医科大学第三医院附属医院收治的82例颅脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施细节护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组格拉斯哥昏迷指数评分、日常生活能力评分、Barthel指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理在颅脑外伤患者中的应用效果较好,护理后,患者意识水平较高,活动能力、日常生活能力增强。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of detailed nursing care in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:82 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to the Third Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases each.The control group implemented conventional nursing care,and the observation group implemented detailed nursing care on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the Glasgow coma scale score,daily life skill score and Barthel index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detailed nursing care in patients with craniocerebral trauma is more effective.The patients can achieve a better consciousness,and enhanced daily life skills and motilities after the nursing care.
