血清绒毛膜促性腺激素检测在妊娠晚期孕产妇中的应用价值分析

目的:分析血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)检测在妊娠晚期孕产妇中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年12月于苏州吴州中西医结合医院建档并分娩的200例孕产妇作为研究对象,将其中100例正常妊娠孕产妇作为参照组,将100例异常妊娠孕产妇作为观察组。两组孕产妇均接受血清HCG检测,比较两组孕产妇不同孕周的血清HCG水平及不良事件发生情况,比较观察组不同异常妊娠类型孕产妇血清HCG水平。结果:观察组孕28~29周、30~31周、32~33周、34~35周、36~37周、38~39周、40~42周清HCG水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。胎膜早破、妊娠高血压/子痫孕产妇血清HCG水平高于早产孕产妇,妊娠高血压/子痫孕产妇血清HCG水平高于胎膜早破孕产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低体重儿、羊水过少发生率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清HCG检测在妊娠晚期孕产妇中的应用价值显著,异常妊娠患者血清HCG水平通常高于正常妊娠患者,血清HCG水平升高易引发妊娠不良事件,对于血清HCG水平升高者临床应加强干预,保证孕产妇安全。

Objective:To analyze the application value of Humanes Choriongonadotropin(HCG)test in late stage of pregnancy.Methods:200 cases of pregnant women who were documented and delivered in Wuzhou Combined Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Suzhou from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed as the study subjects,among which 100 cases of normal pregnant women were taken as the reference group and 100 cases of abnormal pregnant women were taken as the observation group.Women in both groups taken HCG test,and hen the serum HCG levels and adverse events in differ⁃ent gestational weeks were compared between the two groups,and the serum HCG levels in different types of abnormal pregnancies in the observation group were compared.Results:The serum HCG levels in the observation group were higher than those in the ref⁃erence group at the following gestational weeks:28-29,30-31,32-33,34-35,36-37,38-39,and 40-42 weeks,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.001).The serum HCG levels of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes and gestational hypertension/eclampsia were higher than those of pregnant women with preterm labor,and those of pregnant women with gestational hypertension/eclampsia were higher than those of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of low-birth-weight babies and oligohydramnios in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:HCG test has a significant value in late stage of pregnancy.HCG levels in patients with abnormal pregnancy are usually higher than those in patients with normal pregnancy,and elevated serum HCG levels are prone to cause adverse events in pregnancy,and clinical inter⁃ventions should be considered for those with elevated serum HCG levels to ensure maternal safety.
