Review on Acupuncture Needling Therapies in Treating Cervical Spondylosis-Nerve Root Type and their Indication

神经根型颈椎病是颈椎病中的一种,以上肢放射性疼痛或麻木为临床主要症状。现阶段该疾病的治疗选穴庞杂,针刺手法多样化,均取得了较好的临床效果,但疗效标准缺乏统一的量化指标,因此需要对针刺诊断标准进行规范,制定更加完善的评价指标,提升治疗的安全性和有效性。该文围绕神经根型颈椎病特殊刺法及诊疗判定的研究进展作一综述。

Nerve root cervical spondylosis is manifested mainly with radiating pain or numbness in the upper limbs.Acupuncture therapies achieve good clinical results.However,they are still not standardized in protocol and their indication.This article provides a review of Acupuncture needling therapies in treating nerve root cervical spondylosis.
