摘要
目的:分析术后多媒体视功能训练对间歇性外斜视患儿视功能重建及眼位调整的影响。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年8月郴州市第一人民医院收治的100例间歇性外斜视患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。两组均进行视功能检查,对照组术后给予常规干预,训练组在对照组基础上于术后1周开展多媒体视功能训练。比较两组视功能检查结果及眼位变化。结果:入组时,两组知觉眼位水平偏移程度、垂直偏移程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月后,两组知觉眼位水平偏移程度、垂直偏移程度均小于入组时,且训练组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入组时,两组中心凹立体视、黄斑立体视、周边立体视正常占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月后,两组中心凹立体视、黄斑立体视、周边立体视患儿正常占比均高于入组时,且训练组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后多媒体视功能训练应用于间歇性外斜视患儿,可改善知觉眼位和近立体视功能,对视功能重建及眼位调整具有积极作用。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of postoperative multimedia visual training on visual reconstruction and eye position adjustment in children with intermittent exotropia.Methods:100 cases of children with intermittent exotropia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 50 cases each by using the method of randomized numerical table.Both groups underwent visual examination,the control group was given routine intervention after surgery,and the training group carried out multimedia visual training 1 week after surgery on the basis of the control group.Visual examination and eye position changes were compared between the two groups.Results:At the time of enrollment,there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of horizontal and vertical deviation of the perceptual eye position between the two groups(P>0.05);in the follow-up 3 months later,the degree of horizontal and vertical deviation of the perceptual eye position of the two groups was smaller than that at the time of enrollment,and the training group was smaller than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the time of enrollment,there was no statistically significant difference in foveal stereopsis,macular stereopsis,and peripheral stereopsis between the two groups(P>0.05);3 months later the foveal stereopsis,macular stereopsis,and peripheral stereopsis was higher than those at the time of enrollment in the two groups,and the training group was higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative multimedia visual training applied to children with intermittent exotropia can improve perceptual eye position and near stereopsis,and has a positive effect on visual reconstruction and eye position adjustment.
