依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症的效果分析

Therapeutic Effect of Ezetimibe Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemia in the Elderly

目的:分析依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2023年2月平邑县人民医院收治的80例老年高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组采用依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床效果、血脂水平、血液流变学及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。治疗前,两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LDL-C、TG、TC水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞比容比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、红细胞比容低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依折麦布联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年高脂血症的效果显著,可改善血脂水平及血液流变学,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of ezetimibe combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia in the elderly.Methods:80 cases of elderly hyperlipidemia patients admitted to the People's Hospital of Pingyi County from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with atorvastatin and the observation group was treated with ezetimibe combined with atorvastatin.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical effects,lipid levels,blood rheology and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Before treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride(TG),and serum total cholesterol(TC)in the two groups were compared with each other,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LDL-C,TG and TC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the levels of HDL-C in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,whole blood high-cut viscosity,and erythrocyte specific volume were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,whole blood high-cut viscosity,and erythrocyte pressure area of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups did not show a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ezetimibe combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia in the elderly is effective,can improve their lipid levels and blood rheology,and does not increase adverse reactions.
