摘要
目的:探讨中晚期原发性肝癌患者行介入治疗的效果及对肝功能的影响。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年5月宿迁市泗洪县分金亭医院收治的96例中晚期原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施常规化疗方案,观察组实施介入治疗方案。比较两组治疗效果、肝功能指标。结果:观察组疾病控制率和总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组AST、ALT、TBiL水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中晚期原发性肝癌患者行介入治疗的效果显著,可提高疾病控制率和有效率,改善肝功能,值得临床应用并推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of interventional therapy on liver function in patients with advanced primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 96 patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted to Suqian Sihong County Fenjinting Hospital from February 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group received interventional therapy.The therapeutic effect and liver function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The disease control rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBiL)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,AST,ALT and TBiL levels in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of interventional therapy on patients with advanced primary liver cancer is remarkable,which can improve the disease control rate and efficiency,improve liver function,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
