摘要
目的:分析儿童咳颗粒辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月沈阳二四五医院收治的90例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法的分为观察组和对照组,各45例。两组均给予退热、止咳等常规治疗,对照组给予大环内酯类抗生素常规抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予儿童咳颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果,临床症状、体征消失时间及住院时间,不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰消失时间,肺部啰音消失时间,住院时间均短于与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组患儿治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论:儿童咳颗粒辅助治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果显著,可提高治疗效果,改善患儿临床症状,且无明显不良反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Er Tong Ke granules in assisting the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children.Methods:90 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae admitted to Shenyang No.245 Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was 45 cases.Both groups were given antipyretic and Antitussiva;the control group was given macrolide antibiotics,and the observation group was given Er Tong Ke Granule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects in two groups were compared in the following terms:clinical symptoms,signs and symptoms relieving time and hospitalization length,the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010).Cough and sputum relieving time,lung rales disappearance time and hospitalization length of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There were no adverse reactions occurred in the treatment process of the two groups of children.Conclusion:Er Tong Ke granules are effective in assisting the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in children,which can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms of children,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
