心理护理干预在行手术治疗的椎管内肿瘤患者中的应用效果

Effect of Psychological Intervention in Nursing Care of Patients with Intraspinal Tumors underwent surgical treatment

目的:探讨心理护理干预在行手术治疗的椎管内肿瘤者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月南京鼓楼医院收治的100例椎管内肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规围术期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施心理护理干预。比较两组心理状态、生活质量。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生理功能、心理功能、精神健康、社会功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、心理功能、精神健康、社会功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预在行手术治疗的椎管内肿瘤者中的应用效果显著,可以有效缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological intervention in nursing care of patients with intraspinal tumors who underwent surgical treatment.Methods:100 cases of intraspinal tumor patients admitted to Nanjing Gulou Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,50 cases each.The control group implemented conventional perioperative nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological status and quality of life in two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS)of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,mental health and social function of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological function,psychological function,mental health and social function of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of psychological nursing intervention in people with intraspinal tumors who underwent surgical treatment is remarkable,which can effectively alleviate their anxiety and depression and improve their quality of life.
