个性化护理干预在糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Personalized Nursing Intervention in the care of patients with Diabetic Macular Edema

目的:探讨个性化护理干预在糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月—2022年12月泰兴市人民医院眼科收治的60例糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施个性化护理干预。比较两组疾病知识认知度、视力恢复情况、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组疾病知识总认知度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。护理前,两组最佳矫正视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组最佳矫正视力均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:个性化护理在糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者疾病知识认知度,改善视力,减少并发症发生,值得临床应用并予以推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in the care of patients with diabetic macular edema.Methods:60 patients with diabetic macular edema admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Taixing People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was 30 cases.The control group implemented conventional care,and the observation group adopted personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Disease knowledge mastery,visual acuity recovery,and the occurrence of complications of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The total awareness of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Before care,the best-corrected vision of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After care,the best-corrected vision of the two groups was higher than that before care,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:The application of personalized nursing in the care of patients with diabetic macular edema has significant effect,which can improve their knowledge of the disease,enhance their vision,and reduce the occurrence of complications,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
