造口护理在直肠癌术后造口患者中的应用效果

Effect of Stoma Nursing Care in Patients with Rectal Cancer after Colostomy

目的:分析直肠癌术后对造口患者进行造口护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于深圳市人民医院进行手术治疗并进行直肠造口的50例直肠癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,各25例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用造口护理。比较两组护理满意度、并发症发生情况、生活质量及心理健康状况。结果:研究组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。研究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。护理后,两组生理功能、社会功能评分高于护理前,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:造口护理在直肠癌术后造口患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者负性情绪,降低术后并发症率,提高护理满意程度,改善生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of stoma nursing care in patients with rectal cancer after colostomy.Methods:50 cases of rectal cancer patients who underwent colostomy in Shenzhen People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the routine group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 25 cases.Routine care was adopted in the routine group and stoma care was adopted in the study group.Nursing satisfaction,complication occurrence,quality of life and mental health were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).After nursing care,the scores of physiological function and social function of the two groups were higher than those before care,and the study group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups were lower than those before care,and the study group was lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stoma nursing care in patients with rectal cancer after colostomy is remarkable,which can alleviate their negative emotions,reduce the rate of postoperative complications,increase the degree of nursing satisfaction and improve their quality of life.
