布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性咳嗽的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Budesonide Combined with Acetylcysteine in the Treatment of Chronic Cough

目的:分析布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月贵州省独山县人民医院呼吸内科收治的慢性咳嗽患者120例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分组为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组使用布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、症状评分、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组患者咳嗽、喘息、反流、咽部发痒评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:慢性咳嗽患者采取布地奈德联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗效果显著,可改善患者咳嗽、喘息、反流、咽部发痒症状,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine in the treatment of chronic cough.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with chronic cough admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Guizhou Dushan County People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as observation subjects,and were grouped into a control group and an observation group of sixty cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with acetylcysteine on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect,symptom score,and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);After treatment,the scores of cough,wheezing,regurgitation and pharyngeal tickling were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Conclusion:The treatment effect of budesonide combined with acetylcysteine in patients with chronic cough is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms of cough,wheezing,reflux,and pharyngeal itching,and the safety is high.
