重症监护病房应用经皮微创气管切开术与传统气管切开术的疗效对比

Comparison of the Efficacy of Application of Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Tracheotomy and Traditional Tracheotomy in Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析重症监护病房患者采用传统气管切开术和经皮微创气管切开术的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月武邑县医院重症医学科收治的80例患者为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予传统气管切开术,观察组给予经皮微创气管切开术。比较两组患者临床指标、并发症发生情况、住院时间、切口愈合时间、治疗费用。结果:观察组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率、治疗费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经皮微创气管切开术手术时间短,术中出血量少,切口较小,术后恢复时间短,治疗费用低,术后并发症发生率低,相较于传统气管切开术,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of using traditional tracheotomy and percutaneous minimally invasive tracheotomy in patients in intensive care unit.Methods:Eighty patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Wuyi County Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty cases.The control group was given traditional tracheotomy,and the observation group was given percutaneous minimally invasive tracheotomy.The clinical indexes,complication occurrence,hospitalization time,incision healing time,and treatment cost of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,incision length,hospitalization time,and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications and treatment cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous minimally invasive tracheotomy has a short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,smaller incision,short postoperative recovery time,low treatment cost,and low incidence of postoperative complications,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable compared with traditional tracheotomy.
