盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Trimetazidine Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Stable Angina in Coronary Heart Disease

目的:分析盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年11月—2022年11月国家电网公司职业病防治院收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者50例为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组,各25例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予盐酸曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症发生情况、疼痛情况、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042);治疗后,两组患者心绞痛疼痛评分均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上服用盐酸曲美他嗪能够提升治疗效果,降低并发症、不良反应发生率,降低疼痛程度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine hydrochloride in the treatment of stable angina in coronary heart disease.Methods:Fifty patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to the State Grid Corporation Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from November 2021 to November 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group based on the method of randomized numerical table,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given trimetazidine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complications,pain and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021);The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042);After treatment,the angina pain scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:Administration of trimetazidine hydrochloride on the basis of conventional treatment in patients with stable angina of coronary artery disease can enhance the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of complications and adverse reactions,and reduce the degree of pain.
