神经内镜下微创显微手术治疗囊性脑肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Neuroendoscopic Microsurgery on Cystic Brain Tumors

目的:分析神经内镜下微创显微手术治疗囊性脑肿瘤的临床效果及对神经功能及复发的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年6月佛山市第一人民医院收治的囊性脑肿瘤患者36例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各18例。对照组给予显微手术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予神经内镜治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、神经功能及复发率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于治疗前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023)。结论:对囊性脑肿瘤患者实施神经内镜结合微创显微手术效果良好,可改善患者神经功能,降低复发率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive neuroendoscopic microsurgery in the treatment of cystic brain tumor and its influence on nerve function and recurrence.Methods:A total of thirty-six patients with cystic brain tumor admitted to Foshan First People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with eighteen cases in each group.The control group was treated with microsurgery,and the study group was treated with neuroendoscopy based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);After treatment,the score of the American national institutes of health stroke scale in the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).Conclusion:Neuroendoscopic microsurgery is effective in patients with cystic brain tumor,which can improve the neurological function and reduce the recurrence rate.
