氨茶碱与多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Aminophylline and Doxofylline in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:分析氨茶碱与多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月苏州市吴中人民医院收治的COPD患者120例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各60例。对照组采取氨茶碱治疗,研究组采取多索茶碱治疗。比较两组患者肺功能、运动耐力、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、深呼气量、用力肺活量、6 min步行试验距离均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:COPD患者采取多索茶碱治疗方案,可改善患者肺功能、运动耐力,提高治疗总有效率,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of aminophylline and doxofylline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty COPD patients admitted to Suzhou Wuzhong People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.The control group was treated with aminophylline and the study group was treated with doxofylline.Lung function,exercise endurance,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the first second forced expiratory volume,deep expiratory volume,forced vital capacity and 6 min walking test distance of the two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002);The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:Doxofylline therapy in COPD patients can improve lung function,exercise endurance,increase the total effective rate of treatment,and have less adverse reactions and high safety.
