毫火针点刺联合针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Milli-fire Needle Spot Prick Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:分析毫火针点刺联合针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月山东财经大学医院门诊收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者70例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用穴位注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用毫火针点刺联合针刺治疗。比较两组患者神经疼痛评分、中医证候总积分及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组疼痛评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组神经疼痛、色素沉着、神疲乏力、夜寐不安评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论:毫火针点刺联合针刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果显著,可改善患者临床症状及疼痛情况。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of milli-fire needle spot prick combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:Seventy patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the outpatient clinic of Shandong University of Finance and Economics Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected for observation,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-five cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with acupoint injection,and the observation group was treated with milli-fire needle spot prick combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Comparison of nerve pain score,total points of Chinese medicine evidence and treatment effect of patients in two groups.Results:After treatment,the pain scores of both groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of nerve pain,pigmentation,fatigue and night sleepiness were lower in the observation group than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion:The clinical effect of milli-fire needle spot prick combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is remarkable,which can improve the clinical symptoms and pain of the patients.
