个体化护理在布地奈德雾化治疗小儿肺炎中的应用效果

Application Effect of Individualized Nursing Care in Budesonide Nebulized Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia

目的:分析个体化护理在布地奈德雾化治疗小儿肺炎中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的小儿肺炎患儿66例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各33例。研究组运用个体化护理,对照组运用常规护理,比较两组患儿临床效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);研究组住院时间、咳嗽改善时间、退热时间、听诊肺啰音改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在布地奈德雾化治疗小儿肺炎中使用个体化护理效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,缩短症状改善时间,加速康复。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized nursing care in budesonide nebulized treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:Sixty-six children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and a study group of thirty-three cases each according to the method of random number table.The study group used individualized nursing care,and the control group used conventional nursing care,comparing the clinical effects of children in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);The study group's hospitalization time,cough improvement time,fever reduction time,and improvement time of auscultation lung rales were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of individualized nursing care in budesonide nebulized treatment of pediatric pneumonia is effective,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the time of symptom improvement,and accelerate the recovery.
