急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的体外膜肺氧合联合俯卧位通气治疗与护理的效果

Effectiveness of Extracorporeal Membrane Pulmonary Oxygenation Combined with Prone Position Ventilation Treatment and Nursing Care in Patients with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

目的:分析呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者采用体外膜肺氧合联合俯卧位通气治疗与护理的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月贵港市人民医院收治的ARDS患者66例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组实施常规呼吸科治疗与护理,观察组实施体外膜肺氧合联合俯卧位通气治疗与护理。比较两组患者临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031);护理后,两组患者二氧化碳分压低于护理前,血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压高于护理前,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。结论:ARDS患者采用体外膜肺氧合联合俯卧位通气效果显著,可改善患者呼吸功能指标,提高护理满意度,安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation combined with prone position ventilation treatment and nursing care in patients with respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:Sixty-six cases of ARDS patients admitted to Guigang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-three cases,according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group implemented conventional respiratory treatment and care,and the observation group implemented extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation combined with prone position ventilation treatment and care.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031);After care,the partial pressure of carbon dioxide of the two groups of patients was lower than before care,oxygen saturation and partial pressure of arterial oxygen were higher than before care,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).Conclusion:The effect of extracorporeal membrane pulmonary oxygenation combined with prone position ventilation in ARDS patients is remarkable,which can improve the respiratory function indexes of the patients,improve the satisfaction of nursing care,and have higher safety.
