胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的手术室护理效果

Operation Room Nursing Effect of Thoracoscopic Radical Lung Cancer Surgery

目的:分析胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术的手术室护理效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月首都医科大学附属北京胸科医院接受胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术治疗的患者76例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各38例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用手术室护理。比较两组患者护理效果、心理状态、手术指标、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:研究组护理效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047);护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组手术用时、术后拔管用时短于对照组,术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。结论:在胸腔镜下肺癌根治手术患者护理期间应用手术室护理,可确保手术顺利进行,促进患者恢复,改善患者心理状态,安全性及护理满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery.Methods:A total of seventy-six patients who received thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery in Beijing Chest Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with thirty-eight cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received operating room nursing.The nursing effect,psychological state,surgical index,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of nursing effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047);After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The operation time and postoperative catheter extraction time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume were less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).Conclusion:The application of operating room nursing during the nursing of patients with thoracoscopic radical lung cancer surgery can ensure the smooth operation,promote the recovery of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,and have high safety and nursing satisfaction.
