3M敷料联合置管专项护理在乳腺癌输液港植入患者化疗期间的应用

Application of 3M Dressing Combined with Catheterization Special Nursing during Chemotherapy in Patients with Breast Cancer Implantation at Infusion Port

目的:探讨乳腺癌输液港植入患者化疗期间应用3M敷料联合置管专项护理的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月嘉定区中心医院收治的乳腺癌输液港植入患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,各40例。参照组采用3M敷料联合常规护理,观察组采用3M敷料联合置管专项护理。比较两组患者相关情况。结果:护理后,观察组生理、社会/家庭状况、情绪、功能、附加关注评分及总分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018);护理后,两组患者自我护理能力量表评分均升高,观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组管路维护时间短于参照组,带管舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:乳腺癌输液港植入患者化疗期间应用3M敷料联合置管专项护理的效果显著,可提高患者生活质量、生活自理能力,缩短管路维护时间,带管舒适度及安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of 3M dressing combined with catheterization special nursing during chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer infusion port implantation.Methods:Eighty patients with breast cancer implantation in Jiading District Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The reference group was treated with 3M dressing combined with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with 3M dressing combined with special nursing.The relevant situation of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the physiological,social/family status,emotion,function,additional attention score and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018);After nursing,the self-care ability scale scores of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The pipe maintenance time of the observation group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the pipe comfort score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of 3M dressing combined with catheterization special nursing during chemotherapy for patients with breast cancer infusion port implantation is remarkable,which can improve patients'quality of life,self-care ability,short enpipeline maintenance time,and have high comfort and safety with tubes.
