事前处方审核与事后处方点评对药学服务质量的影响

Effect of Pre-prescription Review and Post-prescription Comment on the Quality of Pharmaceutical Care

目的:探究事前处方审核与事后处方点评对药学服务质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月六盘水市六枝特区妇幼保健院患者200例为研究对象,医院于2022年11月1日起实施事前处方审核与事后处方点评,2021年1—12月为实施前(常规管理),2022年1—12月为实施后,各100例。比较实施前后处方不合格率、药学服务质量及医疗纠纷发生率。结果:实施后处方不合格率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.010);实施后药学服务质量各项评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实施后医疗纠纷发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:事前处方审核与事后处方点评可有效降低处方不合格率及医患纠纷发生率,有利于提高药学服务质量,对保障患者用药安全具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the influence of pre-prescription review and post-prescription comment on the quality of pharmaceutical care.Methods:A total of two hundred patients in Liupanshui Liuzhi Special Zone Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The hospital implemented pre-prescription review and post-prescription review from November 1,2022.The period from January to December 2021 was before implementation(conventional management),and the period from January to December 2022 was after implementation,with one hundred cases each.The rate of unqualified prescription,quality of pharmaceutical care and incidence of medical disputes were compared before and after implementation.Results:The unqualified rate of prescription after implementation was lower than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.010);the scores of pharmaceutical care quality after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the incidence of medical disputes after implementation was lower than that before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Pre-prescription review and post-prescription review can effectively reduce the rate of unqualified prescriptions and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes,which is conducive to improving the quality of pharmaceutical care,and is of great significance for ensuring the safety of drug use for patients.
