沙格列汀片联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果及安全性

Effectiveness and Safety of Saxagliptin Tablets Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Elderly Patients

目的:探讨采用沙格列汀片联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的临床效果和用药安全性。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年1月东莞康华医院收治的老年2型糖尿病患者71例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合沙格列汀片治疗。比较两组临床总有效率、血糖指标和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用沙格列汀片联合二甲双胍治疗老年2型糖尿病患者可以提高整体治疗效果,降低血糖,且用药安全性良好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of using saxagliptin tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Seventy-one elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=35)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with metformin and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with saxagliptin tablets.Compared the total clinical effective rate,blood glucose index and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);after treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of saxagliptin tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the overall therapeutic effect,reduce blood glucose,and the safety of the drug is good.
