耳穴压豆联合情志护理在突发性聋伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Auricular Point Compression and Emotional Nursing in Patients with Sudden Deafness Accompanied by Sleep Disorders

目的:研究耳穴压豆联合情志护理在突发性聋伴睡眠障碍患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年2月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的突发性聋伴睡眠障碍患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用耳穴压豆联合情志护理干预。比较两组护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及纯音听力阈值。结果:护理后,两组PSQI和SAS评分均低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组纯音听力阈值低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在突发性聋伴睡眠障碍患者中应用耳穴压豆联合情志护理干预,可调节患者负面情绪,改善其睡眠障碍及听力阈值。

Objective:To study the application value of auricular point compression and emotional nursing in patients with sudden deafness and sleep disorders.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with sudden deafness and sleep disorder admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with auricular point compression and emotional nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and pure tone hearing threshold before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,PSQI and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the pure tone hearing threshold of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with sudden deafness accompanied by sleep disorders,the application of auricular point compression and emotional nursing intervention can adjust the negative emotions of patients and improve their sleep disorders and hearing thresholds.
