摩腹推拿辅助治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Abdominal Massage Assisted Treatment of Pediatric Dyspepsia

目的:探讨摩腹推拿辅助治疗小儿消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—5月广州市番禺区石楼镇社区卫生服务中心门诊收治的消化不良患儿200例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加摩腹推拿治疗。比较两组症状积分、治疗效果、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组厌食、上腹胀和餐后饱胀积分下降,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);治疗后,两组尼平消化不良指数量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规治疗结合摩腹推拿能够缓解消化不良患儿厌食、上腹胀、餐后饱胀症状,改善患儿的生活质量,治疗效果较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal massage assisted treatment of pediatric dyspepsia.Methods:Two hundred cases of children with dyspepsia admitted to the Outpatient Clinic,Guangzhou Panyu District Shilou Town Community Health Service Center from January to May 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of one hundred cases each by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with abdominal massage on the basis of the control group.Compared the symptom score,treatment effect and quality of life of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the points of anorexia,epigastric distension and postprandial fullness decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);after treatment,the two groups of Nepean Dyspepsia Index Scale score decreased,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional treatment combined with abdominal massage can relieve anorexia,epigastric distension,postprandial fullness symptoms in children with dyspepsia,improve children's quality of life,and the therapeutic effect is better.
