伴抑郁症、高血压的咯血患者股动脉支气管动脉栓塞术后并发假性动脉瘤的护理

Nursing of False Aneurysm in Hemoptysis Patients with Depression and Hypertension after Femoral Artery Bronchial Artery Embolization

支气管动脉栓塞术是治疗咯血的有效方法,但是术后易并发假性动脉瘤。假性动脉瘤是一种动脉血管壁的局部扩张,症状及并发症取决于其大小和位置。有效的护理措施对支气管动脉栓塞术后假性动脉瘤患者病情稳定、早期康复有重要意义。本文总结1例伴抑郁症、高血压的老年女性咯血患者行经股动脉支气管动脉栓塞术后并发假性动脉瘤的护理体会,从假性动脉瘤的形成原因、专科护理等方面总结经验,经过积极的治疗与精心的护理,患者于术后10 d康复出院。

Bronchial artery embolization is an effective method for the treatment of hemoptysis,but it is easy to have false aneurysm after operation.A pseudoaneurysm is a localized dilation of the arterial wall.Symptoms and complications depend on its size and location.Effective nursing measures are important for stable condition and early recovery of patients with pseudoaneurysm after bronchial artery embolization.This paper summarized the nursing experience of an elderly female hemoptysis patient with depression and hypertension complicated by false aneurysm after femoral artery bronchial artery embolization,the experience was summarized from the causes of pseudoaneurysm formation,specialized nursing,and other aspects,after active treatment and meticulous care,the patient recovered and was discharged 10 days after surgery.
