优质护理在腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的干预价值

Intervention Value of Quality Nursing in Patients with Lumbar Compression Fractures

目的:分析优质护理在腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的干预价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于绍兴文理学院附属医院接受手术治疗的腰椎压缩性骨折患者64例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与观察组,各32例。参照组给予常规骨科护理,观察组给予优质护理。比较两组并发症发生率、自我护理能力、腰椎活动度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Barthel指数(BI)。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);干预后,观察组自我概念、自我技能、自护责任感、健康知识评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组前屈、后伸、左旋、右旋角度大于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组VAS评分低于参照组,BI评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可降低腰椎压缩性骨折患者并发症发生率,改善腰椎活动功能,减轻疼痛感,提升生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the intervention value of quality nursing in patients with lumbar compression fractures.Methods:Sixty-four patients with lumbar compression fracture who received surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-two cases in each group.The reference group was given routine orthopedic nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing.Complication rate,self-care ability,lumbar motion,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Barthel index(BI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);after intervention,the scores of self-concept,self-skill,self-care responsibility and health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after intervention,the angles of anterior flexion,posterior extension,left and right rotation in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and BI score was higher than that of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with lumbar compression fractures,improve lumbar mobility,relieve pain,and improve quality of life.
