预见性护理干预对新生儿肠造口术后并发症及康复情况的影响

Effect of Predictive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Complications and Rehabilitation of Neonates after Enterostomy

目的:探讨预见性护理干预对新生儿肠造口术后并发症及康复情况的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年1月常州市儿童医院重症医学科收治的行肠造口术新生儿80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理干预。比较两组术后并发症发生率、术后康复情况。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005);观察组肛门排便时间、开始喂养时间、足量喂养时间、静脉营养持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:采取预见性护理干预应用于新生儿肠造口术后的效果显著,可降低术后并发症发生率,促进康复。

Objective:To explore the influence of predictive nursing intervention on postoperative complications and rehabilitation of neonates after enterostomy.Methods:A total of eighty neonates undergoing enterostomy treated in the Department of Intensive Care Medicine of Changzhou Children's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group was treated with predictive nursing intervention.The incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results:The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005);the anal defecation time,start feeding time,sufficient feeding time and intravenous nutrition duration in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The effect of predictive nursing intervention in neonates after enterostomy is remarkable,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote rehabilitation.
