三维打印技术结合以病例为基础教学法在骨科护生带教中的应用

摘要 目的:探究三维(3D)打印技术结合以病例为基础(CBL)教学法在骨科护生带教中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年7月—2021年6月在贵港市人民医院骨科实习的护生102名为研究对象,根据实习阶段分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组实施传统方法带教,观察组实施3D打印技术结合CBL教学法带教。比较两组理论知识和操作技能成绩、核心能力以及带教满意度。结果:观察组理论知识和操作技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);教学后,两组中文版护生核心能力量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。结论:在骨科护生带教中,3D打印技术结合CBL教学能够提高护生的理论知识及操作技能成绩、核心能力,护生对带教的满意度较高。 Objective:To investigate the value of the application of three dimensions(3D)printing technology combined with casebased(CBL)teaching method in orthopedic nursing students'teaching.Methods:One hundred and two nursing students interned in the Department of Orthopedics,Guigang People's Hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the stage of internship,each with fifty-one cases.The control group was taught by traditional methods,and the observation group was taught by 3D printing technology combined with CBL teaching method.The theoretical knowledge and operational skill scores,core competencies,and nursing students'satisfaction with teaching of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical knowledge and operational skills achievement of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of Chinese Version of the Competency Inventory for Nursing Students in the two groups were elevated,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);satisfaction of the teaching and instruction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).Conclusion:In orthopedic nursing students'teaching,3D printing technology combined with CBL teaching can improve nursing students'theoretical knowledge and operational skills achievement,core competence,and nursing students'satisfaction with teaching is higher.
