人性化护理在门诊初诊高血压合并焦虑症患者中的效果

Effect of Humanized Nursing in Outpatient Initial Diagnosis of Patients with Hypertension Combined with Anxiety Disorder

目的:分析人性化护理在门诊初诊高血压合并焦虑症患者中的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月滨州医学院附属医院门诊部收治的初诊高血压合并焦虑症患者64例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予一般护理模式,观察组给予人性化护理模式。比较两组焦虑改善情况、血压控制效果、治疗依从性、护理满意度、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0418);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0292);护理后,观察组躯体、情感、角色、社会功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可改善门诊初诊高血压合并焦虑症患者的焦虑情况,控制血压水平,提高患者的治疗依从性、满意度及生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in outpatient initial diagnosis of patients with hypertension combined with anxiety disorder.Methods:Sixty-four patients with initial diagnosis of hypertension combined with anxiety disorders admitted to the Outpatient Department,the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the method of randomized numerical table,each with thirty-two cases.The control group was given general nursing mode,and the observation group was given humanized nursing mode.The anxiety improvement,blood pressure control effect,treatment adherence,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score and Selfrating Anxiety Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total rate of adherence to treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0418);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0292);after nursing,the somatic,emotional,role,and social function scores the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing in outpatient initial diagnosis of patients with hypertension combined with anxiety disorder can improve the anxiety situation,control the blood pressure level,and improve the patients'treatment compliance,satisfaction,and quality of life.
